Moins polémique, le reportage de Radio Canada sur la viande cachère montre simplement le type de préparation que nos steaks subissent pour avoir l’appellation hébraïque. Rien de diabolique n’est fait sur ces aliments. Ils sont tout juste salés et baignés un peu plus que les autres.
L’histoire et la culture du Québec sont fondées sur les pratiques de la religion catholique. Finalement, manger des produits kasher est peut-être moins grave qu’il en a l’air pour les Québécois, car rappelons-nous que Jésus lui-même était juif !
J’ai vu le reportage en question (je l’ai posté sur mon blog d’ailleurs : http://al-kanz.org/blog/2007/0.....es-casher/). Ce qui m’a étonné, c’est la défiance à l’égard de la communauté juive. Un tel reportage (à charge, limite démago et racoleur) est impensable ici en France.
Pour ma part, je n’ai pas de préjugés contre quelques communautés ethniques qu’il y aie. Même que la certification Kasher est peut-être un gage supplémentaire que la nourriture est propre et bien faite. Par contre tous les coûts que cela entraîne et de faire d’une bénédiction un commerce ca me rebute. Je ne comprend pas comment la communauté juive qui pourtant plutôt discrète a pu prendre autant d’influence sur un aspect de plus qui concerne tous le monde. Et puis une deuxième certification en plus pas encore gratuite? D’une façon générale, c’est dû à la nature humaine je suppose d’aimer à compliquer les choses. Toutefois, ça cause un peu d’amertume au Québécois d’avoir l’impression de subir encore des choses qui ne les avantage en rien. Pour moi avec tous ce qui se passe j’ai de plus en plus le sentiment de perdre mon Québec. Une cohabitation paisible en vaut la peine oui et a son prix, mais c’est contre principe de s’intégrer aux étrangers plutôt qu’aux étrangers à s’intégrer à leur pays d’accueil. Si ce principe n’est pas compris, oui il y aura toujours des frictions.
