Pendant ses cinq jours de festivités, la bière s’accompagne de mets délicats. Au menu, vous retrouverez des pâtés, saucisson, charcuterie, fromages et autres mangeailles pour accompagner votre boisson favorite.
La bière se disserte également autour de la Conférence MBeer 2007. Au Fairmont Reine Elizabeth, six experts en bière viennent débattre de l’histoire et de l’économie de la bière.
Avant de repartir, vous pourrez acheter le guide 2007 de la Route des Bières du Québec. Enfin, pour rentrer en toute tranquillité après une soirée bien arrosée, le service de chauffeurs désignés Point Zéro 8 est présent pendant tout l’événement.
