Des chercheurs de l’Université Laval sont en charge de piloter ce programme. Ils ont reçu une subvention de 4 M$ de la part de la Fondation Canadienne pour les Sciences du Climat et de l’Atmosphère (FCSCA).
Sans être devin, il est facile de supposer que cette étude va mettre en évidence que le Canada doit réduire ses émissions de gaz à effet de serre. Avec de tels programmes, le Canada ne fait que reculer pour mieux sauter.
Alors, pourquoi le gouvernement fédéral ne se plie-t-il pas aux exigences de l’accord de Kyoto ? Pourquoi nie-t-il encore le réchauffement de la planète. L’évidence est là, juste en face.
