Voilà 4 mois que je suis au Québec et je pense comme Benalors : il faut vivre dans un pays pour le connaitre à fond pas y être des touristes.
Pour avoir été dans différentes places en France ou à l’étranger, je vous dis : SORTEZ DES CLICHES!
Le fromage au Québec sont délicieux (allez faire un tour au festival des fromages de Warwick), on trouve des très bonnes baguettes (mieux que bien des boulangeries en France), leur cuisine n’est pas mauvaise ; on est pas les seules à cuisiner et il n’y a pas qu’en Amérique du Nord qu’on mange pas (regardez le nombre de fast food!) et j’en passe….
Mais au delà de l’aspect culinaire, tout comme nous ils ont la résistance de la culture francophone mais tout simplement dans une autre direction que la notre… il n’utilise pas plus d’anglissisme que nous…
Bref contrairement à ce que dit Vincent, dans tous les pays, y’a des grandes gueules et des prétentieux (pas qu’à Paris), des gens accueillant (c’est à dire pas qu’au Québec)… c’est juste que l’on retient ce qu’on veux!!!
