Depuis la fin de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, Radio Canada International (RCI) est le fer de lance de la communication du Canada. Avec une diffusion par ondes hertziennes, par satellites et maintenant par Internet, RCI couvre les quatre coins du globe.
L’une des émissions de RCI s’intéresse tout particulièrement aux arrivants du Canada. Tam Tam est un rendez-vous quotidien qui donne la parole à des immigrants, pour connaître leur point de vue sur le pays qui les accueille. Pertinent et coloré, ce magazine est animé par Raymond Desmarteau. L’émission du 11 mai 2007 portait sur les blogues… avec une entrevue de Ze Canada 
Si vous êtes Canadiens ou résidents du Canada et que vous êtes âgés de 18 à 35 ans, vous avez certainement votre avis à partager sur le sujet de l’immigration. RCI organise le concours “Métissé Serré“, dont le porte-parole est Boucar Diouf, co-animateur de l’émission des kiwis et des hommes.
